Wedding seating chart maker
From guest list to print-ready seating in one evening
Paste your guest list, seat everyone yourself or let AI follow your family rules, then download the seating chart, escort cards, place cards, table numbers, menu and welcome sign in one matching style.
No account, no card. Arrange for free - $19 once for AI and the print pack.
How it works
Three steps, one evening
1
Bring your guest list
Paste it from anywhere, upload a CSV or Excel file, or link your Google Sheet. We find names, groups, plus-ones and meals on our own - “Grace & Oliver Bennett” becomes two guests.
2
Arrange the room
Round, long and head tables, the dance floor and the bar where they really are. Seat guests with a drag on your computer or a tap on your phone, or write your rules in plain words and let AI seat everyone in seconds.
3
Print everything
Pick a look, fonts and colors, and download six matching pieces as print-ready PDFs - with bleed for the print shop, or ready for your home printer. Changed a seat? Download again.
The print pack
Six pieces, one style, zero design work
Everything is generated from your seating, so names and tables always match. Ready-made looks you can change down to the font and color, print-shop PDFs with bleed and home-printer versions.

Seating chart
A poster with every table and name, by table or A-Z, with an optional floor plan. 18×24 in or A2 by default.

Escort cards
One card per guest with their table, printed several to a sheet with cut marks. Meals can be marked too.

Place cards
Tent cards with the name on both sides, sorted table by table so setup is easy.

Table numbers
A card for each table: 4, Four or IV, the name you gave the table, or both.

Menu
Your courses in your words, with dietary badges. 5×7 in or A5, or one per guest.

Welcome sign
Your names, date and venue, with the order of the day, a photo or your hashtag.
AI seating
Family politics, handled
Write the rules the way you'd say them. AI seats 150 guests in seconds, keeps couples and plus-ones together, leaves the seats you locked alone - and tells you why everyone sits where they sit.
- Plus-ones and couples always sit side by side
- Families and friend groups stay together where they fit
- Lock the head table, then let AI fill the rest

Questions
Good to know
Do I need an account?
No. Start planning right away - your plan is saved in your browser. Add your email any time to keep it safe and open it on another device.
How do I import my guest list?
Paste it from anywhere, upload a CSV or Excel file, or paste a Google Sheets link. We recognise names, first and last name columns, groups, plus-ones, meals, children and table numbers, and warn you about duplicates.
What does the $19 include?
AI arrangement with your own rules, every look, font and color, and the full print pack: seating chart, escort cards, place cards, table numbers, menu and welcome sign - for your whole wedding, with unlimited re-downloads.
Can I print at home?
Yes. Every piece comes in a home-printer version (A4/US Letter sheets with cut marks for cards) and a print-shop version with bleed for posters, signs and menus.
What paper sizes are the posters?
By default the seating chart and welcome sign are 18×24 in (US) or A2 (everywhere else), table numbers and menus 5×7 in or A5. Every piece has the other common sizes too (from A3 to A0, 11×17 to 24×36 in), portrait or landscape, plus a custom size.
Can my partner or planner help?
Yes. Share an edit link with your partner or planner and a view-only link with family. Nobody needs an account.
What if the guest list changes after I print?
Change the seating and download again - your pack always matches the latest plan. Re-downloads are included.
Do you print and ship the cards?
Not yet. For now you download print-ready files and take them to any print shop or print them at home.
